Pvolve Review

Currently, my exercise routine revolves solely around Pvolve. So, I’m sharing the 411 on my experience and opinions on it so far. Beginning in January, I’ve been going to the studio or streaming classes in my apartment about 3 to 4 times a week. Prior to this I hadn’t really been doing any form of exercise since July. Horrible, I know, but it’s hard to be motivated post Summer. So basically, I was starting the new year from scratch.

Everyone has different goals and ideal body types so different workout methods are going to appeal to different people. Pvolve is all about creating zero bulk which is exactly the type of workout I’ve been looking for. My goal is to tone my entire body while also slimming down certain areas. I want to flatten my stomach, slim my arms and thighs, and perk up my peach. I’ve always struggled with my thighs. Every other exercise I’ve tried, if I do too often, tends to bulk my quad muscles which is the exact opposite of my body goals.

Each Pvolve move requires perfect form so you really have to concentrate to activate all of your different muscles. This helps me stay focused the entire class and not zone out, (which I tend to do very easily). If you’re not thinking about what you’re doing you can easily pass by each movement and not get anything out of it. I can’t tell you how many times I see girls barely paying attention or half ass trying to work out. You HAVE to be in the zone and working hard, just imagine the body of your favorite supermodel.

Pvolve gets those hard to reach muscles that I’ve never been able to target with other workouts. It’s low impact and a lot of lengthening so you can really go hard and still be ready to do it again tomorrow. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my body and highly recommend giving it a try. I’ve also changed up my food lifestyle which I’ll go into on another post. The best thing about Pvolve is it’s very sustainable over time, I love waking up and doing it every day because I feel great after. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
